'Country' 12. Tibet
Wild Yak Tibetan Restaurant. High Street, Northcote
Wild Yak Beer.
Momo Ngopa (fried beef dumplings) Sha Khatsa (Marinated beef)
Sha Thukpa Ngopa (Fried noodles)Tsel Nyamo-Kyurmo (Veggies in lemon & honey) Tingmo (Tibetan Bun)
We enjoyed the food, however there were some average moments! The entree
dish of Sha Khatsa was very, very hot! Bum burner! The Momo dumplings
were delicious. Noodles and Veggies main dishes were reasonable. Liked
the Tibetan buns. All in all, not bad but wouldn't rush back and the
meal did result in lots of toilet visits the next day!
