Some meals will be experienced in the country of the meal's origins, some in authentic restaurants and some will be as authentic as we can make them at home!

Country 17. Afghanistan
AFGHAN GALLERY
Entree: Mixed selection - samosas, badenjon bourani (eggplant in yoghurt), manton (pastry stuffed with meat), bolani (pan-fried turnover filled with leeks).
Main: Kebab Barg (lamb), Kahali Palau (rice dish with carrot, sultanas, almonds and chicken)
Dessert: Apple Delight (served with pistachio, walnuts and almonds)
The service was great. The meal was tasty, without being outstanding.
