Sticky Moorish quail with coriander salt & pomegranate

Confit duck leg, alex's couscous salad, roasted peaches
Warm salad of roasted eggplant, pomegranate, mint, pumpkin puree & spiced rice & cashew nut cream

Ashtaliah: cream pudding with rosewater & orange blossom

Everything we ate was delicious, with lots of different flavours to experience.
